Photo Resource Hawaii offers two licensing models for purchasing its copyrighted images.

Rights Managed is an exclusive licensing model where the usage fee is determined by size, press run and the time period the photo is used. Images are tracked so that buyers can obtain a complete history of use, if needed. These images are exclusively offered by our agency and affiliates.

Royalty Free is a non-exclusive licensing model that charges a one time fee based on file size. Photos are available for unlimited use and for an unlimited period of time.

File Sizes

We offer the following file sizes:

1MB - 720 pixels maximum, 72 dpi
10MB – 2300 pixels maximum, 300 dpi
33MB – 4000 pixels maximum, 300 dpi
50MB – 5100 pixels maximum, 300 dpi

Price Calculator

Photo Resource Hawaii is a full e-commerce site and we offer a comprehensive price calculator to determine your licensing fee. You do not need an account to get a price quote. We accept all major credit cards and a PDF receipt of purchase will be emailed to you containing your usage license.

Photo Resource Hawaii will do our best to meet your budget. If our pricing calculator does not offer pricing for your specific usage, please contact us. Special discounts apply to bulk purchases.

Account Registration

Once you are registered you can make arrangements to pay by invoice, or simply continue to pay by credit card.

Account registration gives you the convenience of utilizing the lightbox features where you can store and email your selected images. Low res files (unwatermarked comps) are also available for layout purposes.

We respect your privacy and do not share our mailing list with others. Our promotional mailings are sent no more than once a month and will alert you to specials and new images and interesting contributors who have joined our on-line community. Register Now.
