About Alea Schechter

Alea Schechter is Photo Resource Hawaii's photographer liaison. She works directly with signing on new photographers and training them to caption and keyword their new work and add images to our site.

Alea is the daughter of owner Tami Kauakea Winston and has been immersed in photography her entire life. She is an avid surfer and hiker, having traversed the Kalalau Trail dozens of time.
